May I,  yet again, thank everyone at Duck – and this time particularly Joe and Kimberley – for sorting out a plumbing problem for us unbelievably swiftly and efficiently. Starting the weekend with soaked floorboards from a leaking lavatory and needing buckets to flush the loo was pretty depressing. To have the problem identified within a couple of minutes of Joe’s arrival and everything resolved  by mid morning was tremendous. Always with the same friendliness and efficiency.
